We strongly urge you to visit our online technical support section. 95% of all technical calls we recieve can be answered in this section. We strive for the best customer support in the business which is why you get a human on the line regardless if you call the 800 or direct phone number. Titronics provides one year of free comprehensive telephone support with the purchase of every scanner. After one year, you can utilize our customer service at a rate of $49.95 per incident.
If you need to send in your device for service please call prior to shipment, so we can expect the packages arrival and get your device back to you as quickly as possible. When shipping be sure to ship via an insured courier in the original metal or plastic case. If the original case is not available please package the scanner in some other sort of protective enclosure. This will help prevent added repair costs due to damaged shipments.
