We strive for the best customer support in the business which is why you get a human on the line regardless if you call the 800 or direct phone number. The forum is a much slower resolution process but it is a collective network of professionals who are willing to answer your questions, as well as the Titronics staff. If you still need help finding a solution to an issue please have the following available: - Tytron or Range of Motion serial number (On the handle of the C-5000, On the serial plug of the C-3000 and C-4000, and on the wireless hub of the Range of Motion)

Titronics provides one year of free comprehensive telephone support with the purchase of every scanner. After one year, when you contact our customer support, you can choose to pay an semi-annual fee of $95.00 for support on any issue related to your scanner. Support for additional scanners is only $50.00 (with a maximum total of $195) per 6 months. This fee provides you unlimited support from to our live support staff. Additionally you will receive free updates as they become available. If you choose not to pay the semi-annual fee, you can utilize our customer service at a rate of $50.00 per incident. If you need to send in your device for service please call prior to shipment, so we can expect the packages arrival and get your device back to you as quickly as possible. When shipping be sure to ship via an insured courier in a protective enclosure. This will help prevent added repair costs due to damaged shipments. (800)-705-2307
