Titronics provides one year of free comprehensive telephone support with the purchase of every scanner. After one year, when you contact our customer support, you can choose to pay an annual fee of $95.00 for support on any issue related to your scanner. Support for additional scanners is only $50.00 (with a maximum total of $195) per year. This fee provides you unlimited support from to our live support staff. Additionally you will receive free updates as they become available. If you choose not to pay the annual fee, you can utilize our customer service at a rate of $65.00 per incident. Support Contract

If you need to send in your device for service please call prior to shipment, so we can expect the packages arrival and get your device back to you as quickly as possible. When shipping be sure to ship via an insured courier in a protective enclosure. This will help prevent added repair costs due to damaged shipments.
