Doctors continue to share stories of how excited patients are to see objective evidence of changes in their body as a result of chiropractic intervention. This is especially true in a wellness care environment where “symptoms” are no longer the measuring stick. Both Full Spine and Cervical spine graph “thermal finger prints” of asymmetry can be marked for immediate comparison to the patient’s current thermal presentation as multipule line graphs or side by side bargraphs:
chiroCET was designed with a strong emphasis on patient involvement. This required educational components and the presentation of objective data in a patient friendly format that today’s visually oriented society expects.
A statistical algorithm is included in the chiroCET software, allowing an unbiased evaluation of temperature symmetry. The ability to vertically shift the compared graph allows correction for slight differences in the “stopping” point of the scanning glide. The likeness of “fit” is displayed individually for the left, right, and difference (NCM) graphs.
A special “Quick Screen” button on the home page allows a graph to be taken without entering a patient name, etc. This allows each individual at a health fair or screening to be scanned in a matter of seconds, allowing more time for the doctor to engage the patient. One “hot” key changes the displayed line graph to a bar graph. A second “hot” key displays the nervous system schematic and an organs chart next to the patient’s temperature profile.
An automatic backup warning system encourages the saving of patient files on a weekly basis. This will be customizable in future versions to allow a doctor to program a schedule for automatically performing the backup.
