Wow! What the past month and a half has brought! Development is going crazy. We are shipping C-6000’s now and doctors cannot get enough of them. Its so hectic right now that we have a 3 week waiting list! Apparently more people have been waiting for wireless than we first thought. We barely have enough time to sleep at night (much less write a blog).

The adjustment simulator is in the works right now and we have a few beta units out for testing. No set date on release or price points just yet, but rest assured it is coming soon and will not break the bank.

Roger has been in and out of the office like crazy. At 62 he still moves like an 18 year old. Full of zip and wonder. He’s continually looking for newer and better technologies (especially now with all of the development) and continues to surprise us all.

Now some housekeeping. The forum still isn’t seeing much movement, which boggles my mind. Forums are such an excellent way of communicating with like minded individuals and even networking. The power of the internet continues to be overlooked. Check out this video to see what I mean:

Finally our prices will be increasing July 1 2009 due to material prices increasing. We are extremely sorry about this but it is unavoidable to stay in business. We’ve alway strive for the best pricing and best equipment and feel really bad about having to increase prices.

Final, final note. We have been inundated with a massive amount of technical calls lately. At this volume we cannot continue development and 95% of these issues are solved in our knowledge base. We are to charge $95 per year for technical support, so we urge your for both your and our goodwill to exhaust all options through our knowledge base or forum.
