If you recently reinstalled the Tytron software or are just installing it for the first time you may see this message. This message indicates that the calibration, and owner information has not been loaded. This settings also affect the headings on reports you may wish to print for your patients. To resolve this problem you will need the CD-Rom labeled "Doctor Settings Disc." Please complete the following steps to correctly load your settings.

Each individual scanner made by Titronics is calibrated to ensure the highest accuracy and repeatability. Included with your Tytron is a CD that contains these calibrations and personalization for your practice. To load these settings follow these steps.

Remember, each scanner will have specific calibration numbers unique to their serial number.
The Tytron C-3000 Program must be closed to before installing settings

1.)Double Click on <My Computer> Icon on your computer’s Desktop.

2.)Double Click on <CD Drive (Typically D:) > Icon. 

3.)Double Click on the Icon with <Scanner Serial Number> as the title.

4.)Click on <Yes>.  This will add the registry information to the Tytron Program. 

5.)This box will come up after your doctor’s information has successfully been added to the TyTron program. Click <OK> to remove box from the screen.

6.)Exit out of the My Computer Screen by clicking on the X in the top right hand corner of the screen.

7.) Double check on the Home Screen of the Tytron Program to ensure your information is accurate.  Unregistered Copy should be replaced by your customization information.

Dr. Disk Installation process is now complete.
