**For Cloud Total Care customers with C3000 or C4000 Series Scanners, there is a $999 replacement / upgrade charge (per unit upgraded to C5000+) in the first half of 2026. Replacement / upgrade pricing will increase in the fall of 2026.​
**For Cloud Total Care customers with multiple Scanners or RoMs, there is a $395 charge per unit for cleaning & calibration services (i.e., for the second, third, etc. units that need cleaning & calibration). Alternatively, cleaning and calibration credits can be purchased for $25 per month for 12 months.​
